These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, services, subscriptions, fleet services, and payment requests made with Eco Shine Auto Spa.
By using our website, submitting a booking, signing up for a subscription, requesting a fleet quote, or making payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
Eco Shine Auto Spa provides vehicle cleaning and related services, including:
Once-off waterless vehicle washes
Subscription vehicle wash packages
Fleet vehicle cleaning services
Corporate or office-park vehicle wash services
Service availability may depend on location, weather, access, parking arrangements, vehicle condition, staff availability, and booking capacity.
3. Bookings
Customers may book through our website, WhatsApp, or another approved booking channel.
A booking is only confirmed once Eco Shine Auto Spa has accepted the booking and, where required, payment has been received.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, contact number, vehicle details, number plate, location, parking bay, date, time, and any access instructions.
Eco Shine Auto Spa will not be responsible for delays, missed bookings, or incomplete services caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
4. Access to Vehicle
The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the agreed date, time, and location.
If the vehicle cannot be accessed, the customer is unavailable, the parking location is incorrect, or security access is not provided, the booking may be treated as a missed appointment or late cancellation.
5. Pricing
Prices shown on the website, WhatsApp, invoice, quote, or payment request are quoted in South African Rand.
Standard prices may vary depending on vehicle type, service type, location, fleet size, and any special requirements.
Fleet services are quoted separately.
Eco Shine Auto Spa may update pricing from time to time. Updated pricing will apply to future bookings and not to bookings already confirmed and paid, unless the customer requests additional services.
6. Payments
Payments may be requested through approved payment providers such as Ozow, EFT, card payment, or any other payment method accepted by Eco Shine Auto Spa.
Payment links are provided for convenience. Customers must ensure they are paying through an official Eco Shine Auto Spa payment request.
Eco Shine Auto Spa will not be responsible for payments made to incorrect accounts, fake links, or unauthorised third parties.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription packages are subject to the package details provided at the time of sign-up.
Subscription washes must be used within the applicable subscription period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused washes do not automatically roll over unless the subscription package specifically states that they do.
Subscriptions may be paused, cancelled, or changed only according to the subscription terms agreed at sign-up.
8. Fleet Services
Fleet service pricing is based on the number of vehicles, vehicle type, location, frequency, and service requirements.
Fleet bookings may require a deposit or upfront payment.
Eco Shine Auto Spa may require a written quote approval before fleet work begins.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate booking and contact details
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the vehicle
Remove valuables from the vehicle before the service
Provide access instructions where required
Notify Eco Shine Auto Spa of any vehicle damage or special cleaning concerns before the service
Make payment when required
Eco Shine Auto Spa is not responsible for loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.
10. Vehicle Condition
Eco Shine Auto Spa will take reasonable care when providing services.
The customer understands that some stains, marks, scratches, oxidation, paint defects, or existing damage may not be removable through standard cleaning.
Eco Shine Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, poor paint condition, loose parts, faulty trims, damaged badges, or water-sensitive aftermarket accessories.
11. Weather and Operational Delays
Eco Shine Auto Spa may reschedule bookings due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, access issues, staff shortages, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Where possible, customers will be offered a new available booking slot.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
13. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discounts, and special offers are valid only for the period stated.
Eco Shine Auto Spa may withdraw or amend promotions at any time, unless a customer has already made a confirmed booking under that promotion.
14. Website Use
Customers may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, submit false information, copy content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
15. Personal Information
Eco Shine Auto Spa collects and processes personal information according to our Privacy and POPIA Policy.
16. Limitation of Liability
Eco Shine Auto Spa will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or inconvenience arising from use of the website, booking delays, rescheduling, or service availability.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a customer may have under applicable South African law.
17. Changes to These Terms
Eco Shine Auto Spa may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
